One night away in a gorgeous hotel with my sexy husband, a few trips to Starbuck's, a delicious dinner in a funky restaurant by the sea, and the grand finale... an amazingly enchanting little breakfast cafe that serves...HEALTHY breakfast.  Very relaxing, very cozy...just what I needed.

We spent the night in Newport which happens to be a beach town for those of you that are not from around here.  Man was it ever windy and frigid.  It's a darn good thing I put warmth before fashion this time.   Even still, I had a few Lucille Ball (my husband's nick name for me) moments trudging along the snowy, icy sidewalks fighting the wind and trying to see past my outrageous hood.  Oh well, at least I wasn't doing it in heels this time.  My honeymoon in Canada with only high heels in my suitcase was interesting to say the least.  Never again!

 

Needless to say, I didn't take photos outside...I think we would have gotten frost bite.
